We only work with the "exclusive" and luxury market. This means we have a minimum budget threshold to maintain our level of service.
This varies depending on whether your budget requires a mortgage or not.
Minimum budget regardless is 1.5m€.
Once the budget is validated, we'll then look into whether your requirements are in line with the budget. We are recognised for some of the best property deals on the French Riviera, but are not magicians. We need to make sure your project is realistic.
This is usually a first step to us suggesting different areas on the coast with your ambitions in mind.
